POLYTRANS

Maximum durability for heavy workwear.

Polytrans is a tough and reliable flame-retardant transfer for workwear that faces the harshest conditions. It combines maximum durability with a professional, workwear-ready finish and is industrial wash resistant up to 90°C.

Designed for strong, durable branding, Polytrans supports designs in up to 5 Pantone colours, including neon and metallic options. For garments where durability, abrasion resistance and reliable performance truly matter, Polytrans delivers a robust solution built for demanding use.

Polytrans is available in two flame-retardant versions.
Standard FR is intended for inherently flame-retardant fabrics, such as modacrylic and aramid blends. FR Plus is required for FR-treated or FR-coated fabrics with a surface treatment. This certified FR Plus coating meets EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 13688 and EN ISO 14116.

We strongly recommend testing the fabric–transfer combination in advance. This can be carried out free of charge in our laboratory.

Also available with Matt-Gloss Finishing!
Polytrans is also available with an optional matt–gloss finishing for added visual impact. This finishing combines matt and gloss effects within one transfer, creating subtle contrast while maintaining the professional appearance required for industrial garments.

Matt–gloss offers the same durability and industrial wash resistance as Polytrans and fits seamlessly into the existing production process when a more distinctive finish is required.
